As an experienced and objective HR Consultant, Maura will breakdown the problem, present the most effective solution and support business leaders through the challenge to conclusion and review.
Starting her HR career in 1999, Maura has since worked in the not for profit, healthcare, private equity, professional Services and fintech industries. She believes that continuous professional development is key to consistently delivering a first-class service.
Combining her hands-on in industry experience with relevant academic achievements, allows Maura to approach HR challenges from a broad perspective. She has completed:

She received the Valedictorian award for her Master of Business in Organisational Culture.
To date, Maura’s experience has had a focus on setting up bespoke HR functions from the ground up. This allows her to do the work she is most passionate about - co-creating workplaces where people thrive. This value underpins all of Maura’s work because when people are respected, growing and learning, the organisation is thriving too and the results speak for themselves.
